About Me:
Paul is a CEO Coach and was one of the early innovators of leadership consulting and coaching at the executive level. He has been advising the leaders of Fortune 500 and midsized companies for over twenty-five years. With this experience he brings a unique perspective that can be invaluable to leaders. Paul has advised leaders through three downturns and recoveries in the economy. He has lead turnarounds, acquisition integration, rapid growth, culture change and strategic projects to align strategy, structure and culture. He has coached and mentored leaders in the art of leadership, personal balance, and philosophical understandings that have helped his clients manifest innovative ideas, and he is known to be someone who sees and draws out the genius in leaders.
While advising and coaching Fortune 500 companies, he was one of the leaders of a groundbreaking entrepreneurial company that established innovative leadership consulting practices. These practices provided the foundation for much of the leadership consulting that exists today. Still on the leading edge of business consulting, he integrates new approaches from science, psychology and philosophy while bringing concrete business acumen.
He will involve you in an explorative dialogue that will expand your understanding of how to extend present reality into a successful future. Your understanding of leadership, yourself and your business will take a quantum leap.
Paul is a master storyteller using humor and insight to stimulate learning from the day-to-day experience of leading a business. He asks his clients to tell and analyze their greatest success stories to create a “line of sight” to their genius. Leadership teams, while laughing and creating self-knowledge, bond together to win.

… and of course a poem, which tells you even more:
Let Us Pray
For those who head towards war
In tanks, cafes, busses, streets
And in the minds of those so frightened
That they cling too hard to shadowy beliefs
That chokes their heart's wisdom.
For mothers who cry out loud and soft
As they lose their children to kidnappers,
Holy men and chance.
For the children who stand between thundering steel
Clutching their mothers in the ruins of civilizations
And the child caught between angry families
Flinging hatreds across a once safe room.
For those who cry out as they fight for life
Looking up to heaven as starvation
Slowly takes their children
And then lays them down to die along
A forgotten road far away beyond
The reach of civilization or will.
For those who have lost their souls
To evil creeds and great causes
Once important and now bloody
Afraid to stop the madness.
For all humanity who suffer
Unnoticed and alone that pass
Everyday tortured inside themselves
With tightness beneath the skin
Trying to appear so calm outside
And for all of us who struggle
To keep the light alive within ourselves
In the face of menacing glances
And holy wars.
Let us take a deep, deep breath
As we quiver during raising horror
To calm the raging fear that spans dark
Thoughts that cloud the spirit, take our strength,
And fuel the campaigns of terror.
Let us look deep within beyond our minds
To touch the God given loving peace
That passes all understanding
To show our children
The way shown once by true prophets,
Whose resurrection we need more than ever
In this spring of war and terror.
